In 1984 we entered into a technical collaboration with M/s. Aero quip U. K. Ltd which is one of the World's top Polymer Engineering Company.In the span of eight years ( 1984-1992) of our joint venture with this company the entire technology was transferred to us and the hoses being manufactured today are exactly as per the process and specifications given to us by M/s Aeroquip UK. Since then we are continuously upgrading our product performance along with a high level of customer satisfaction.Backed by a team of qualified professionals our mission is to deliver goods of high reliability/quality on affordable cost. Our new team of engineers is continuously involved into Research and Design of the products to meet varied customer requirements.Our new web site, specially for our Hose division, is under construction and will be launched soon. This will provide you updated information about our organization and its activities.In the process of our expansion activity in 1999 we had opened our Hose Division at Greater Noida, which is fully equipped for manufacturing long length Hoses and Fuel Tubes with flexible mandrels. Our new High-Speed Extrusion line is a completely automated and the dimensional control of the rubber extrusion is carried out by the Laser Control System. Besides this, we also have a High Speed Concentric Wrap & Unwrap Machine which is capable of wrapping Nylon Tape over the hose at extremely high tensions thus producing an extremely well consolidated hose with excellent bonding. This is the most modern machine of its kind anywhere in the world.We have diversified our product range as under (besides our normal product range of all types of Industrial & Hydraulic Hoses including Automotive Hoses)
