In 2004 one more C.N.C. machining center was installed. P.K.R. Engienering works maintains the products with correct grade raw materials with forged were need. Heat treatment like case-harden and induction treatment are adopted. Test of materials carried out spectrology in order to maintain correct grade. Gears are being checked by FLANGUE micro meter and lead tester and profile tester when required. Hardness of surface tested with rock-well, case depth micro by Wickers, Core and Stretcher microscope.
