Loparex is the world's largest commercial siliconiser with a turnover of over Euro 400 million. Our current product range consists of release liners in both, paper and filmic substrates.Kaygee-Loparex's expertise lies in coating with platinum & tin catalyzed silicone chemistries. We are the first in India to employ ultra violet (uv) curing capability. We employ four coating processes to meet wide-ranging customer requirements. I. E Solvent based (30%) with thermal curing, Solvent-less (100%) with both UV and Thermal curing and the Emulsion based Thermal curing. These coating systems can be applied to film or paper webs (Glassine, Super calendered kraft, Clay calendered kraft, Polycoated kraft) of up to 1100 mm width and in grammage range from 30 to 200 GSM. In films (PET, BOPP, LDPE, HDPE), we siliconise in the thickness range of 12-250 microns. We have the capability to slit stock to a minimum width of 18mm.
