Profile: We introduce ourselves as a manufacturer / exporter of home furnishing and made-ups. We are based in Delhi and exporting for the last 18 years to markets such as, Japan, USA, Australia and New Zealand. Our product range can be divided into following groups 1. Bed sets, bedspreads, patchwork quilts, duvets, shams, cushion covers. 2. Crib bedding items such as quilts, bumper guard, dust ruffle, crib sheet etc 3. Different types of knitted / woven baby blankets, receiving blankets etc. 4. Placemats, napkins, tablecloths, kitchen towels & curtains etc. 5. Christmas articles stockings, tree skirts, etc. We are very strong in items such patch work quilts, machine quilted quilts, throws, shams, crib bedding and baby blankets. Our manufacturing capacity for made-ups is around 35, 000 pcs a month. Our manufacturing bases: - 1. Delhi 2. Gurgaon, haryana Factory set-up: - A) at our Delhi unit we have a total area of 15, 000 sq. Ft, comprised of sewing room, cutting room, inspection room, finishing room and packing room B) at our gurgaon unit, with a working area of around 20, 000 sq. Ft, we have a very modern setup for stitching, embroidery, quilting, washing, finishing and packing. The total capacity of the unit is approx. 20, 000 pcs per month. We have infrastructure to increase our capacity at very short notice. Our team comprises of experienced merchandisers, designers, production coordinators and personnel for documentations. Every department has complete co-ordination with other for the timely production and shipment. Every stage from fabric sourcing to the final production and packing is strictly monitored to achieve the quality as desired by the buyer. We are presently catering to large-scale importers / buyers from USA, New Zealand, Canada, Japan. Our products are retailed in big speciality and departmental stores in these countries. We have expertise, capacity and financial strength to take up any big assignments from international buyers and supply them high quality products. Our experience is our advantage.
